BRENHAM MAN INDICTED FOR SECOND TIME ON CHILD INDECENCY CHARGE

A Brenham man faces a second indictment for Indecency with a Child.
A criminal indictment from the 21st District Grand Jury on May 25th charges 40-year-old Bradley Stephen Miceli with Indecency with a Child-Sexual Contact, a second degree felony that occurred on August 15, 2020.
Miceli was arrested on June 11th by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, with bond set at $100,000. Additional conditions of the arrest, according to court documents, required that Miceli be placed under GPS house arrest and have no contact with the victim.
Miceli was previously convicted in June 2011 of Indecency with a Child, a third degree felony. He was sentenced by former 21st District Court Judge Terry Flenniken to 10 years’ probation.
Also previously indicted and recently arrested was 36-year-old Trequinton Dermaine Green of Calvert, charged with Prostitution with a Person under 18 Years of Age, a second degree felony. Court documents accuse Green of engaging in sexual conduct with a girl between 14 and 18 years old for a fee on January 12, 2020. He was arrested on June 4th by the Robertson County Sheriff’s Office.
Indicted this week was 24-year-old Gregory Allen Offing, Jr. of Somerville, charged with Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle. Offing was arrested on March 30th after a pursuit in Brenham involving several local law enforcement agencies.
Also indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury:
25-year-old Steven Darnell Smith of Brenham, charged with Continuous Violence against the Family.
28-year-old Tanaysha Lashae Dixon of Brenham, charged with Credit or Debit Card Abuse against the Elderly.
22-year-old Demetrius Robinson of Copperas Cove, for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle.
31-year-old Brandon Jerome Patterson of Burton, for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender’s Duty to Register.
Indicted on December 16, 2020 and recently arrested was 40-year-old Jo-Shanna Jackson of Brenham, charged with Unlawful Restraint: Exposure to Serious Bodily Injury.
Indicted on May 25th and recently arrested was 31-year-old Draylen Deshaun Williams of Brenham, for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
