NEW BUSINESS GROUP TO OPEN IN DOWNTOWN BRENHAM IN FALL
A new business group is set to open in downtown Brenham this fall.
Tiffany McMordie Morisak, owner and founder of YellowTruck LLC, has purchased the old Bode and Tonn building at the corner of Main and North Park Streets, which was remodeled in recent years by Moser Community Media. Her new business at 101 East Main Street will comprise of three separate operations as a retail market, business center and event venue.
YellowTruck Market, a business incubator, will be located on the ground floor and will provide retail space to entrepreneurs of custom products and merchandise. The businesses will operate with reduced overhead costs because of a partnership between YellowTruck and the Brenham-Washington County Economic Development and Brenham Main Street organizations.
YellowTruck Business Center will be located on the ground floor at the rear of the building, and will offer professional office spaces for rent.
YellowTruck Party Loft will be located on the second floor overlooking the courthouse square, and will have space and accommodations for gatherings of up to 50 people.

How do we get more info in the offered services? For example, will they offer larger business spaces, only, or will they also have smaller space for things like smaller handmade item, like consignment?
