TWO ARRESTED BY BRENHAM POLICE ON DWI CHARGES
Two Washington County residents face DWI charges after their arrests, Thursday.
Around 10:30 p.m., Brenham Police pulled over a vehicle in the 500 block US Highway 290 East.
During the investigation, 43-year-old Teresa Makae Kmiec of Chappell Hill was charged with Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger Under 15 Years of Age.
Kmiec was taken to the Washington County Jail.
Just before 8:00 p.m., authorities responded to the 1900 block of Industrial Blvd. to a single vehicle crash.
The driver, 44-year-old Julieta Gallegos Rodriguez, was determined to be intoxicated and was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated--2nd Offense.
Rodriguez was also transported to the Washington County Jail.
