KRUSE VILLAGE RECEIVES BRONZE COMMITMENT TO QUALITY AWARD

Kruse Village in Brenham has been recognized by a national organization.

The facility is a 2021 recipient of the Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award from the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL).

The award program recognizes long-term and post-acute care organizations across the nation for quality improvement with tiered awards of bronze, silver and gold.  Each award application is reviewed and judged against a set of nationally recognized standards for achieving excellence.

Kruse Village is one of 194 skilled nursing facilities in 42 states to receive the Bronze Award, and one of five facilities in Texas to receive either bronze or silver recognition.

Bronze Award recipients become eligible to apply for the Silver – Achievement in Quality Award.

Kruse Village Executive Director Coy Fontenot said the facility is “honored to be recognized on a national level,” and called it a “privilege” to serve residents and their loved ones.

Kruse Village is managed by Health Dimensions Group, a post-acute, long-term care and senior living consulting and management firm based in Minneapolis.

Awards will be presented during the AHCA/NCAL’s 72nd Convention and Expo, which will be held October 10-13 in National Harbor, Maryland.
