ZYTHOLOGICAL SOCIETY BEGINS FIRST-EVER HOMEBREW COMPETITION SERIES SATURDAY
The Texas Chapter of the Zythological Society of North America kicks off its inaugural homebrew competition series tomorrow (Saturday) in Brenham.
“Brews Over Texas” pits homebrewers against each other in a series of four competitions taking place into 2022. The first event, the Brew S. Open, is set for tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the Brazos Valley Brewing Company.
Points will be awarded to the top ten entries in each competition, and will accumulate through all four contests to determine the grand champion of the series.
The series will continue with Boot Scootin’ Brews on October 9th and Brewmite on December 11th, concluding with Meister von Bier at the Brenham Maifest on May 7, 2022.
