13TH ANNUAL FAYETTE CO. RAM RODEO AUGUST 13-14
Rodeo action is coming next month to Fayette County.
The 13th Annual Sheriff’s Posse Ram Rodeo is set for Friday and Saturday, August 13th and 14th at the Fayette County Sheriff’s Posse Arena, three miles south of La Grange on FM 609.
Some of the rodeo events planned include mutton bustin, a rescue race, and a clown act from Craig Bickly. The rodeo will have $6,000 in added money.
There will also be live music with TFT DJ on Friday, followed on Saturday by the Risky Liver Band. Saturday is “Tough Enough to Wear Pink Night,” with a portion of the night’s proceeds being donated to a local family batting cancer.
Advance season passes are $25. Tickets at the gate are $15 a day, $5 for ages 6-12. Children 5 and under get in free.
