BRENHAM TRAFFIC STOP LEADS TO DRUG CHARGES

A Sunday traffic stop has led to the arrest of a Brenham woman on a drug possession charge.
Just after 12:30, 57-year-old Alexis Palacios of Brenham was pulled over at the intersection of South Market and Cantey Streets.
Palacios was found to be in possession of methamphetamines.
She was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail.
