SHRUBS AT HOHLT PARK BEING REPLACED DUE TO FEBRUARY FREEZE

A landscaping project at Hohlt Park was necessitated by the February freeze.

Recently, inquiries had been made as to why shrubbery had been removed behind the outfield fences at some of the city’s softball fields at the park.

A city employee with the Parks Department says the record-cold February freeze killed the shrubs, so they are being replaced.
