THIRD ANNUAL BRAZOS VALLEY GIVES TO BE HELD OCTOBER 19
The date has been set for the third annual Brazos Valley Gives.
The 18-hour online fundraiser benefitting regional nonprofit organizations will be held on Tuesday, October 19th.
Powered by the Community Foundation of the Brazos Valley, the fundraiser seeks to bring the area together as one community to raise critical funding and awareness for nonprofits throughout the seven-county region of the Brazos Valley.
This year’s goal for Brazos Valley Gives is $750,000. Last year, 136 nonprofits participated in the event, and all of them received a financial benefit from the $801,462 that was raised.
All donations pass through directly to the donor’s charity or charities of choice.
Nonprofits can begin registering to participate in the fundraiser on Monday, August 2nd by going online to www.brazosvalleygives.org, or emailing brazosvalleygives@gmail.com. The deadline for nonprofit registration is Friday, September 10th.
