THREE JUVENILES CHARGED IN FIRING TOY GUN AT STUDENTS AT CALDWELL HIGH SCHOOL
Three juveniles have been charged for their involvement earlier this month in shooting at students in the Caldwell High School parking lot using a toy gun filled with water bead pellets.
Two 16-year-old males and a 16-year-old female turned themselves into juvenile authorities and were charged with Class A misdemeanor assault causing bodily injury, stemming from the incident on July 19th.
According to the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office, a 14-year-old female was also questioned about her role in the matter, but she was found to have no part and was not charged.
The three juveniles appeared before District Judge Reva Towslee Corbett on Monday and were released to their parents. The case is still pending in juvenile court.
