NINE SENTENCED IN THE LATEST WASHINGTON COUNTY DISTRICT COURT
Nine people have been sentenced in the latest edition of 21st District Court of Washington County.
51-year-old Roy Melvin Jackson, Jr. of Chappell Hill was sentenced to 12 years in prison for his conviction on a Robbery charge from December of this past year. He was also convicted of Possession of Controlled Substance and was given time served in the Washington County Jail for that charge.
32-year-old Maria Cristina Chavez of Brenham was sentenced to three years in prison for Assault of a Family Member with a Previous Conviction – a Third Degree Felony. Chavez was originally arrested in March of 2019.
31-year-old Draylen Deshaun Williams, of Brenham, was sentenced to three years in prison for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone – a Third Degree Felony.
53-year-old Kim Ekstrom Arnold of Burton, was placed on 10 years’ probation after a sentencing hearing for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More Offense – a Third Degee Felony. Arnold was arrested in February of last year, and must also attend a DWI Intervention Program, wear a SCRAM device, and undergo drug/alcohol evaluation and treatment.
36-year-old Andy Joelee Doolan of Brenham, received six years’ probation and must pay over $2800 in restitution for Continuous Violence Against the Family – a Third Degree Felony. Doolan must also pay a $100 fee to a shelter for family violence, serve five days in the Washington County Jail, perform 120 hours community service and attend a Battering Intervention Program.
22-year-old Demetrius Montra Robinson, of Copperas Cove, was sentenced to four years’ probation on a charge of Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle – a Third Degree Felony. Robinson must also perform 200 hours of community service and pay a $500 fine.
31-year-old Jihad Youssef Limones of Magnolia must serve 18 months’ probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance – a Class A Misdemeanor. Limones must also pay a $2000 fine.
21-year-old Dustin A. Davis of Katy, was sentenced to 33 days in the Washington County Jail for a June arrest for Possession of a Controlled Substance – a Class A Misdemeanor.
And, 26-year-old Danischia Darrlyn Robinson, of Marrero, Louisiana, was sentenced to one day in the Washington County Jail and court costs for a 2019 arrest for Possession of a Controlled Substance – a Class A Misdemeanor.
