SOMERVILLE MAN TAKEN INTO CUSTODY AFTER REPORTEDLY RESISTING ARREST

A Somerville man faces several charges after Brenham police responded to an exposure call, Friday afternoon.
Just after 5:30, police were called to the 200 block of West Alamo in reference to a subject exposing himself.
At the scene, police located 26-year-old Deion Tay Daquawan Smith of Somerville. During the arrest, Smith reportedly resisted officers and later threatened the arresting officer with bodily harm.
Smith was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Obstruction or Retaliation and Resist Arrest Search or Seizure.
