BRENHAM MAN SENTENCED TO FIVE YEARS IN PRISON
(Washington Co. Jail)
A Brenham man has been sentenced to prison time in 21st District Court in Brenham.
28-year-old Roderick Lee Payne of Brenham was sentenced to five years in the TDCJ-Institutional Division on a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone – a Third Degree Felony.
He was also fined $1423.
Payne was arrested by Brenham Police in February of 2017.

Our Law Enforcement and Texas Department of Criminal Justice are doing their job to protect all criminals from evil actions. I am thankful for the Police Officers and Sheriff’s and TDCJ for always protecting America and Freedom from people that take our Freedoms away. This is my opinion.
I’ve seen people get less time than this for much worse. Our judicial system is a joke.
