Ten people were indicted during last week’s meeting of the Austin County Grand Jury.

35-year-old Ajay Chamberlain, indicted for Sexual Assault of a Child, alleged offense occurring May 26, 2019.

47-year-old Robert Lee Patterson, charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, from May 16^th.

28-year-old Joseph Lee Cummings, Jr., for Burglary of a Building, from July 10^th.

28-year-old Byron Bodean Smith, indicted for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle and Theft of Property between $2,500 and $30,000, from June 11^th.

41-year-old Ricky Martinez, Jr., for Criminal Mischief between $2,500 and $30,000, from July 31^st.

44-year-old Charles Graham Nicholson, for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, from August 6^th.

21-year-old Stephen Bradford, II, indicted for Forgery of a Financial Instrument, occurring June 18, 2018.

26-year-old Markus Andrew Lindberg, charged with Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance, from May 25^th.

23-year-old Isaiah De La Rosa and 32-year-old Aaron Michael Munoz, both for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
