LaGRANGE MAN ARRESTED ON MURDER CHARGE
A La Grange man has been arrested and charged with murder after a body was discovered at a Fayette County apartment complex.
According to Fayette County Sheriff Keith Korenek, deputies were called to the Green Acres Apartments just after 2 p.m., Saturday for a questionable death investigation.
An initial investigation ruled the cause of death was homicide. The exact manner of death and the identity of the victim have not been released.
Authorities located the suspect, 28-year-old Denzale Jydon Myles in Bastrop County. He has been charged with murder. Justice of the Peace Precinct One Kyle Hartmann has set Myles’ bond at $500,000.
The Texas Rangers are assisting Fayette County Sheriff’s deputies in the investigation.
