THREE SENTENCED IN WASHINGTON COUNTY COURT
Three people have been sentenced in the latest edition of 21st Judicial District Court of Washington County.
39-year-old Isham Casey-Dale Evans of Brenham, was sentenced to 10 months in prison for a 2020 charge of Burglary of a Building – a State Jail Felony.
Evans was one of two people arrested by Washington County Sheriff’s deputies just moments after a burglary at a residence in the 9000 block of F.M. 389.
Also sentenced Thursday:
38-year-old Tony Kyle Bowser of Austin had his 2019 probation revoked and was sentenced to six months in jail for Possession of Controlled Substance – a State Jail Felony. Bowser was also fined $172 fine.
And, 31-year-old Cristian Alexander Castillo of Houston wad sentenced to two days in the Washington County Jail and fined $2000 for Attempted Possession of Controlled Substance – a Class A Misdemeanor.
