AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS 21

  

Twenty-one people were indicted during last week’s meeting of the Austin County Grand Jury.

32-year-old Emelia Angelica Barron, indicted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Aggravated Robbery, alleged offense occurring July 5^th.

30-year-old Wilder Albert Morales, for Accident Involving Serious Bodily Injury, from July 3^rd.

35-year-old Tanyi Orang Ayuk, indicted for Forgery of a Government or National Instrument/Money/Security, from August 1, 2019.

36-year-old Michelle Lee Garcia, charged with Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle and Theft of Property between $2,500 and $30,000, from August 10^th.

30-year-old Joey Randy Laboy, charged with Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, occurring August 14^th.

34-year-old Carlton Bernard Brown, Jr., for Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse, from September 17, 2016.

64-year-old Linda Gayle Shupak Cook, 55-year-old Emmanuel Garcia and 22-year-old Dominick Austin Smith, all for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle.  Cook’s charge is from August 18^th, Garcia’s from August 15^th, and Smith’s from August 30^th.

34-year-old Felicia Dawson, indicted for Theft of Property less than $2,500 with Two or More Previous Convictions Enhanced.

57-year-old Leo Selitto, for Driving While Intoxicated 3^rd or More Offense, from August 13^th.

40-year-old Daniel Earl Campbell, for Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance, from August 2^nd.

22-year-old Charles Brandiberg, 57-year-old Vincent Edwards Fisher, 23-year-old Jennifer Trejo Hernandez, 28-year-old Robert Johnson, 24-year-old Meagen Koerth, 41-year-old Sandra Maldonado, 36-year-old Ro’Shard Jamal Shorter and 23-year-old Isaiah Soloman, all for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

19-year-old Angel Ramirez, for Possession of Marijuana between 4 ounces and 5 pounds, from May 14^th.
