TWO SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT
Two people were sentenced in the latest proceedings of 21st District Court in Brenham.
40-year-old Billy Wesley Howard of Brenham pleaded guilty and was sentenced on Tuesday by Judge Carson Campbell to 20 years in prison for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, a first degree felony from April 1, 2012.
27-year-old Damarkus Mondrell Williams of Brenham was sentenced on Friday by Judge Campbell to 9 months in state jail after pleading guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance, a state jail felony from October 29, 2018.
