“CHEAPER BY THE DOZEN” AT BRENHAM HIGH SCHOOL

  

The Drama Department at Brenham High School will be performing “Cheaper by the Dozen” this week.  The play is about a father, who is a pioneer of industrial efficiency, and decides to apply his methods to his large family.  The result is extremely embarrassing and funny, especially to the oldest children.  The play is part of this years “perseverance” theme and revolves mainly around the oldest daughter, Anne, and her father.  In a moving scene towards the end of the play, the father becomes aware of how much Anne has grown up.

The Drama department will perform the play Thursday at 7:00 PM and Saturday at 2:00 and 7:00 PM.  Tickets are $8 each online at cubcompany.booktix.com, or $10 at the door.
