BRENHAM MAIN STREET BOARD TO DISCUSS INCENTIVE GRANTS

  

The Brenham Main Street Board will consider incentive grant reimbursement for several downtown properties at its meeting Monday.

The board will act on design committee recommendations to approve reimbursement for updates to three buildings, including:

  • Painting of the historic Brenham Opera House at 101 West Alamo Street for $2,000.
  • Façade work at 213 West Main Street for $7,000.
  • Façade work at Floyd’s Wine Lounge at 315 South Baylor Street for $7,000.

Also on Monday, the board will hear reports from the Brenham Heritage Museum, the Washington County Chamber of Commerce and city staff.

The board will meet Monday at 4 p.m. in conference room 2A at Brenham City Hall.
