VIDEO – BRENHAM LIGHTED CHRISTMAS PARADE

  

Downtown Brenham was packed for a holiday tradition Saturday evening.

The lighted Christmas parade through downtown included around 60 entries as part of Brenham’s annual Christmas Stroll.  The parade, which featured a theme of “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree”, made its return after not taking place a year ago.

The winning floats this year are:

• Best Overall: First Baptist Church School
• Best Parade Theme: Grace Lutheran School
• Most Original: Center Stage Dance Studio
• Best Lights: Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church Christian Day School
• Best Spirit of the Season: Goodwill Missionary Baptist Church
• Honorable Mentions: Escaramuza Las Arrieras, Toys for Tots of Washington County, and Brenham Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
