‘HECTOR’ NAMED PET OF THE WEEK; ‘HAPPY PAW-LIDAYS’ SATURDAY
The Brenham Pet Adoption Center has named Hector as its Pet of the Week.
Hector is a neutered hound mix, around 6 to 7 months old. Brenham Animal Services staff say he is a bit of a low rider with a stocky build, and should top out at a nice, medium size.
Staff say Hector is very active and is a busy rambler in the play yard, using all of his senses when he is outside.
Saturday, the adoption center will waive all adoption fees at its “Happy Paw-lidays” adoption event. The shelter will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Anyone interested in adopting or fostering a pet can see the shelter’s available pets online at www.petfinder.com. Appointments can be made by calling 979-337-7351 or visiting the Brenham Animal Services Facebook page.
