The Washington County Ladies Lions Club recently raised some money for a good cause.

At their Christmas dinner on Tuesday night, the Ladies Lions Club had a money tree with the proceeds going to Brenham Bread Partners. A total of $326 was raised.

Club members Thresia Schlabach and Linda Oberhoff made the check presentation to the Bread Partners.
