AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS 9

  

Nine people were indicted last week by the Austin County Grand Jury.

32-year-old Marvin Charles Collins, indicted for Burglary of a Building, alleged offense occurring August 5, 2019.

37-year-old Roberto Demetrio Gamboa, for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle, from October 30^th.

40-year-old Jason Wayne Clark, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, both occurring December 4^th.

21-year-old Cedrick Tiney and 28-year-old Quincy Williams, both for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.  Tiney’s charge is from November 4^th, while Williams’ is from June 5^th.

32-year-old Kermit James Garner, Jr., 34-year-old Zachary Martin Hoffman, 59-year-old Charles Ray Josey and 22-year-old Kori Thomas, all charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
