SCHOLARSHIP DEADLINE APPROACHING
TEXAS MATCH THE PROMISE FOUNDATION
Comptroller Glenn Hegar is reminding Texans that the deadline to apply for the Texas Match the Promise Foundation scholarships is December 31.
The scholarships are for fifth through ninth graders who are beneficiaries of a Texas Tuition Promise Fund account, whose families have an annual income of no more than $100,000, or who are Texas residents are dependents of Texas residents.
Students must also write a career essay and meet other requirements. If they are approved, they will have until August 31 of 2022 to meet those requirements.
