BRENHAM CUB SOCCER WINS ONE/TIES ONE AT MADISONVILLE TOURNAMENT – TOURNAMENT CANCELLED FOR REST OF WEEKEND

The Brenham Cubs soccer team started day two of the Madisonville Tournament with a victory over Montgomery, 1-0. Eric Salas scored the lone goal and Andrew Morales picked up the shutout in goal.  In game two, the Cubs played Crockett to a 0-0 tie. The Cubs were set to play in the quarterfinal match on Saturday, but the tournament was cancelled early Saturday morning.
