BRENHAM HIGH SCHOOL THEATRE TO PRESENT ‘BEAUTY AND THE BEAST’
Brenham High School Theatre will soon lift the curtains on a Disney classic.
“Beauty and the Beast” will play January 27-29 at the Brenham High School auditorium.
Audiences are invited to join Belle, the Beast, Gaston, LeFou, Lumiere and their friends as they set out on a magical adventure to learn kindness and find true love.
The performance features a cast and crew of over 50 Brenham High School students, and will include favorite songs such as “Be Our Guest”, “Human Again” and “Beauty and the Beast”.
The “Beauty and the Beast” musical made its debut in 1993 in Theatre Under the Stars in Houston before officially launching in Broadway. It has gone on to receive nine Tony nominations and a Grammy nomination.
Disney’s “Beauty and the Beast” is presented through a special arrangement with Music Theatre International.
Shows on January 27th and 28th will be held at 7 p.m., with two performances on January 29th at 2 and 7 p.m.
