The Burton Lady Panther basketball team fell to Normangee 60-43 in a district away game Friday night.

Lead scorers were Tiara Burns with 17 points and Ciara Burns with 13 points.  Keyonna Ray and Sierra Hancock contributed a strong defensive effort, with four blocks from Ray and several steals from Hancock.

The Lady Panthers (13-7, 1-2) will next travel to Somerville on Tuesday for a district bout at 5 p.m.
