Thirteen people were indicted during last week’s session of the Austin County Grand Jury.
42-year-old Luciano Marchizano, indicted for Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury, alleged offense occurring December 9, 2021.
62-year-old Hermenegildo Serrato, charged with Accident Involving Serious Bodily Injury, from November 6, 2021.
35-year-old Joshua Davis, charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, from January 3rd.
26-year-old Solomon Oscar Correa, for Harassment of a Public Servant, from December 19, 2021.
31-year-old Ashley Kay Avery, 42-year-old Christopher Michael Bowman, 22-year-old C.J. Brandiberg, 34-year-old Ever Cruz, 54-year-old Troy Scott Ingenhuett, 37-year-old Antoine Ray Jackson, 51-year-old Darrell Keith Phillips, 26-year-old Jasmine Marie Segovia and 45-year-old Charles Edward Williams, Jr., all for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
