BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TO MEET MONDAY EVENING
The City of Brenham Board of Adjustment has a meeting coming up on Monday evening at 5:15pm.
The Board meets in Council Chambers on the Second Floor of the Brenham City Hall.
The board will be electing a Chair and Vice Chair for the year 2022.
There is also going be a public hearing on a Special Exception Request from the City of Brenham Code of Ordinances that was submitted by Artis Edwards Jr.
Edwards is seeking the Board’s approval to allow a 15 foot rear yard setback where a minimum 25 foot rear yard setback is required.
He is planning to construct a two family/duplex residence at 1005 Armbrister Street.
