CUBETTE GOLF WINS THE BRENHAM TOURNAMENT

The Brenham Cubette Golf Team finished in first place at Monday's Brenham Tournament. The tournament was held out at the Brenham Country Club.

As a team, the Cubettes shot a 378 to win first place. Willis was second with a 409 team score.

Addie Bogan led all individual scores with a 91 and a first place finish. Her teammate, Addison Schramme was just two strokes behind her with a 93, which was good for second place.

Meanwhile, Emmy Boyd was fifth with a 96. Bianca Garcia and Maddi Rogers each shot a 98, which put them in a tie for seventh place.

Next up, the Cubettes will head to Waller for a tournament on Tuesday, March 1.

The Brenham Cub Junior Varsity Golf Team finished seventh at their Brenham Tournament with a final team score 428.

Ashton Behrens led the team with a 76. Braydon Sommerlatte finished with a 107. Colton Wensel shot a 112, while Will Peterson had a 113, and Colby Houlihan finished with a 117.

On Wednesday, the Cub Varsity will host their tournament at the Brenham Country Club.
