BRENHAM’S KELLY JURDEN SETS NEW TLU SCHOOL RECORD

Former Brenham Cubette Kelly Jurden had a record-breaking day on Friday for the Texas Lutheran University Softball Team.
Jurden scored on a double steal in the first inning of TLU’s doubleheader against Babson College.
It was her 182nd career run scored, which breaks the school record that had been set in 2015.
TLU went on to sweep the doubleheader at Ed Kruse Stadium in Seguin by scores of 20-0 and 1-0
Jurden, who is a senior for the Bulldogs, is the daughter of Dan and Ann Jurden of Brenham.
