WASHINGTON MAN ARRESTED AFTER TRAFFIC ACCIDENT

A Washington man was placed under arrest Sunday afternoon after an automobile accident.
Brenham Police report that Sunday at 5:05 PM, Corporal Jose Perez responded to a crash located in the 1500 block of Simon Avenue. Upon arrival, Investigation revealed that the driver at fault had an active felony Warrant out of Burnet County for Credit Card Debit Card Abuse. David Wayne Johnson, 50 of Washington, was placed in custody for the active Felony Warrant and for Driving While License Invalid with Previous Convictions. Johnson was transported to the Washington County Jail for booking.
