A&M CONSOLIDATED DEFEATED THE CUBS 3-1

The A&M Consolidated Tigers got a road win over the Brenham Cubs 3-1 tonight (Tuesday) at Fireman's Park.

The game was scoreless until the third inning. After Brodie Daniel and Nathan Hodge reached on back to back singles, Christian Letendre smashed a three run homer to make it 3-0 Tigers.

The Cubs did get a run back in the bottom half of the inning. Lane Sparks started it off with a double. He later came around to score on an RBI single by Ethan Jezierski to cut the lead to 3-1.

That would be all the scoring for the rest of the game.

Jezierski took the loss despite pitching all seven innings allowing 3 unearned runs, 6 hits, 0BB, 8K.
