BLINN COLLEGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES TO MEET TUESDAY

  

The Blinn College Board of Trustees will be looking at multiple contracts and proposals during their next meeting.

The meeting will be held Tuesday at 10am in their board room on the third floor of administration building.

The Board is looking for mechanical contractor services on the Bryan campus for Building Automation System upgrades, and chiller replacement, as well as for Student Center fire damper and mechanical renovations on the Brenham campus.

They are also seeking a general contractor for access control and interior finish upgrades on the Bryan campus.

In addition to that, the Blinn Board will seek proposals for the demolition of existing structures and qualifications for engineering services related to the design of a parking lot expansion on the Brenham campus.

They are also expected to authorize the administration to negotiate a contract for the College District’s Book Store Services.

The board will finish the meeting by going into executive session. After the session, they will vote on authorization for college administrators to negotiate and execute agreements related to the purchase of real property in Washington County.
