BRENHAM MAN TURNS HIMSELF IN SUNDAY

  

A Brenham man turned himself in for outstanding felony warrants Sunday.

Brenham Police report that Sunday, Officers were notified by Brenham Dispatch that they were contacted by Billy Joe Mathis Jr., 29 of Brenham, advising he wanted to turn himself in on four outstanding felony warrants. Mathis was booked in on warrants out of the Washington County Justice of the Peace Court for 2 counts of Theft of Property between $2500 and $30K, Fraud Use or Possession of Credit or Debit Cards, and Fraud Use or Possession of Identifying Info, less than 5 items.
