DISTURBANCE CALL LEADS TO ARREST OF THREE

  

Three men were arrested early Sunday morning after a disturbance call.

Brenham Police report that early Sunday morning at 1:20, Officers responded to the 400 block of Highway 290 West in reference to a disturbance. Investigation revealed that the parties on location had a verbal argument and had been consuming alcoholic beverages. The subjects were identified as Henry Preston Anderson, 39 of Hempstead, Edgar Francisco Martinez, 33 of Brenham, and Eduardo De Jesus Martinez, 28 of Brenham. Due to Henry Anderson and Edgar Martinez admitting to driving to the location, they were both placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated.  Eduardo Martinez showed to have two active warrants for Assault Causes bodily injury to a Family Member and a municipal court warrant for a window tint violation. Eduardo was also booked in for Public Intoxication.
