TWELVE INDICTED BY AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY

  

The Austin County Grand Jury returned indictments on 12 suspects at its meeting last week.

28-year-old Joe Coffman, indicted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

40-year-old Jason Keith Stuessel, indicted for Criminal Mischief between $2,500 and $30,000.

21-year-old Trevon Collins and 19-year-old Andre Spiller, both indicted for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle.

31-year-old Marvin Ernesto Castro, for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.

51-year-old Stefan Lamar Bean, indicted for two counts of Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

25-year-old Jesse Garcia III, for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

28-year-old Bruno Lembert Balderaz, 28-year-old Juan Antonio Carrillo, 27-year-old Kayla Ann Goldsmith, 37-year-old Khiastopher Ramarce Hicks and 38-year-old Ernesto Adrian Ruiz-Gutierrez, all indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
