FOUR PEOPLE SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT

  

Four people pled guilty and were sentenced by Judge Carson Campbell this week in District Court.

Harold Larry Lundy, III, 42 of League City, after a sentencing hearing was sentenced to 8 years in prison for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle.

Lindsay Dyan Cooper, 37 of Cooper, TX, was sentenced to 6 years in prison for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information, 50 or More items.  She was also convicted for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and was given time served in the Washington County Jail.

Flora Marie Lara, 30 of Brenham, had her probation adjudicated and was sentenced to 4 years in prison for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  She was also ordered to pay a $1500 fine.

Joshua Servin-Lopez, 17 of Hutto, was sentenced to 5 years deferred adjudication probation for Criminal Mischief between $2500 and $30,000 and Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle.  He was also pay $5393 in restitution and perform 250 hours of community service.
