EARLY VOTING FOR PRIMARY RUNOFF AT 1,165 THROUGH THREE DAYS

  

The primary runoff election continues to draw a healthy early voting turnout.

According to Washington County Elections Administrator Carol Jackson, an even 400 voters came to the Washington County Courthouse Annex on Wednesday, comprised of 369 Republicans and 31 Democrats.

Through Wednesday, 1,165 people have cast early ballots in the election, made up of 1,079 Republicans and 86 Democrats.

Early voting at the courthouse annex continues today (Thursday) and tomorrow (Friday) with hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  The runoff election is Tuesday.
