WASHINGTON COUNTY GRAND JURY RETURNS 22 INDICTMENTS

  

22 indictments were returned by the Washington County Grand Jury Tuesday.

Landon Davis, 25 of Houston, was indicted for Money Laundering of between $2,500 and $30,000.

Luis Alberto Hernandez, 36 of Chappell Hill, was indicted for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle.

Teresa Makae Kmiec, 46 of Chappell Hill, was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated, 3 or more offences.

Maria Guadalupe Maldonado-Aleman, 47 of Houston, was indicted for Money Laundering of between $2,500 and $30,000.

Reginald Hodgie McCoy, 43 of Brenham, was indicted for Assault of a Family Member with a Previous Conviction.

Tracy McCullough, 48 of Brenham, was indicted for making a Terroristic Threat Against a Peace Officer.

Jorge Ramirez Perez, 26 of Brenham, was indicted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

Marcelo Rivas, 43 of Brenham, was indicted for Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility.

Rogelio Soto, 26 of Brenham, was indicted for Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury with a Deadly Weapon.

Five people were indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  They were Christopher Paul Baldassaro, 31 of Brenham, Christopher Lewis Bean, 33 of Spring, Trevorian Chappell, 19 of Hearne, Joseph Scott Kruer, 42 of College Station, and Logan Jeffery Young, 21 of Navasota.

Previously indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury and have since been arrested so the names can now be released were:

Naomi Allison Villarreal, 20 of Brenham, was indicted for Burglary of a Building.

Matthew Ryan Callahan, 28 of Brenham, was indicted for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Duty to Register.

Colby Alan Barham, 26 of Brenham, was indicted for Continuous Violence Against a Family Member and Assault Family Member by Impeding Breath or Circulation with a Previous Conviction.

Jadarius Markeith Phillips, 22 of Brenham, was indicted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Assault of a Family Member by Impeding Breath or Circulation.
