NAVASOTA ‘SOUNDS OF SUMMER’ OPENS FRIDAY WITH KEESHEA PRATT BAND
The City of Navasota will host the first concert of the “Sounds of Summer” series tonight (Friday).
The Keeshea Pratt Band, a renowned blues group, will kick off the free concert series with music starting at 6:30 p.m. on the grounds of Navasota City Hall.
Food and drink vendors will be on site, as well as arts and crafts provided by the Navasota Artists in Residence, a bounce house and a water slide. Grimes County Cornhole will be hosting a tournament for all to join.
Lawn chairs and dancing shoes are encouraged for a night of live music and family-friendly activities.

KTEX-106’s Courtney Cartwright will be at tonight’s concert in the KTEX Country Cruiser.
