HEMPSTEAD HIGH SCHOOL FILLS TWO HEAD COACHING VACANCIES

New Hempstead Head Baseball Coach, Chance Bartkowiak

Hempstead High School has filled a pair of head coaching vacancies on their staff.  Chance Bartkowiak has been named as the new Head Baseball Coach.

Bartkowiak started his high school playing career at Brenham High School before playing his senior year at Hempstead High School in 2016.

Bartkowiak went on to attend Blinn College and Texas A&M University, where he majored in history and minored in sports management.

Since graduating college, he has also volunteered his time with the Hempstead Little League as a coach and an umpire.

New Hempstead Head Girls Track Coach, Camirey Jackson

Camirey Jackson has been named as the new Head Girl's Track Coach.

She is a graduate of Prairie View A&M University, where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Performance, and a Master's Degree in Educational Administration.

Jackson has been working for Hempstead ISD as a physical education teacher at the Elementary School, and as the Cheerleading Coach, and Assistant Girls Track Coach at the High School.
