BROWN SUGAR BAND TO PERFORM FOR THIRD WEEKEND OF ‘HOT NIGHTS, COOL TUNES’

The smooth sounds of Motown, R&B and rock ‘n roll will come to downtown Brenham tomorrow (Saturday) night for “Hot Nights, Cool Tunes”.
The Brown Sugar Band will play its popular blend of old school and contemporary hits when it performs at 7 p.m. on the Washington County Courthouse square.
Concertgoers can look forward to the Stray Katz Car Club’s cruise-in at the west end of Alamo Street. There will also be food and drinks provided by local businesses and vendors.
All “Hot Nights, Cool Tunes” concerts are free to the public.
The performance is sponsored by Citizens State Bank, Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative, Woodson Lumber Company, Legacy Concrete Works and Legacy Waste Services.
KTEX-106’s Courtney Cartwright will be on hand to introduce the Brown Sugar Band as it takes the stage.
