FIVE PEOPLE SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT

  

Five people pled guilty and were sentenced in District Court this week by Judge Carson Campbell.

Mia Nicole Simmons, 19 of Brenham, was sentenced to 5 years deferred probation for Aggravated Assault of a Family or Household member with a Weapon.  She was also ordered to pay a $1000 fine and perform 150 hours of community service.

Christi Michelle Radney, 43 of Driftwood, Texas, was sentenced to 4 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  She was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 200 hours of community service.  She was also sentenced to 2 years deferred adjudication probation for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.

Angel Vega, 35 of Houston, was sentenced to 4 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 200 hours of community service.

Jaime Alberto Chavez, Jr., 29 of Somerville, was sentenced to 3 years deferred adjudication probation for Theft of Copper less than $20,000.   He was also ordered to pay $235 in restitution, and perform 200 hours of community service.

Billy Joe Hoefelmeyer, 34 of Brenham, was sentenced to 105 days in the Washington County Jail for Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member.
