REGISTRATION OPEN FOR BOYS & GIRLS CLUB CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT
Registration is now open for the 13th Annual “Drive it Home Fore the Kids” charity golf tournament, benefitting the Boys & Girls Club of Washington County.
The golf tournament, presented by Brannon Industrial Group, is scheduled for Friday, October 7th at the Brenham Country Club, beginning with check-in at 11 a.m. and a shotgun start at noon. The tournament is the primary fundraising event for the Boys & Girls Club.
Awards will go to the first, second and third place teams, as well as the players who hit the longest drive on the ninth hole and land the closest to the pin on the fourteenth hole. There will also be a golf ball cannon shot with a hole-in-one prize of $10,000 to be split between the Boys & Girls Club.
The deadline for sponsors to register is Friday, September 16th. Teams must sign up by the following Friday, September 23rd.
KWHI and KTEX-106 are both sponsors for the tournament.
