EARLY VOTING ENTERS SECOND WEEK
One week of early voting is complete in Washington County for the midterms and Brenham ISD bond election.
Per Elections Administrator Carol Jackson, weekend early voting drew 449 people on Saturday, including 414 for the school bond election, and 277 voters—255 for the bond—on Sunday.
Thus far, 5,530 early voters have participated. Of that total, 4,993 voters have taken part in the bond election.
Early voting at the Washington County Courthouse Annex concludes on Friday. This week’s hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. today (Monday) and tomorrow (Tuesday), 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday.
Election Day is Tuesday, November 8th.
