BURTON CHAMBER TO HOST “BIG STAR TEXAS NIGHT” ON SATURDAY
The Burton Chamber of Commerce is inviting the public to put on their dancing shoes and come on out to the 12th Annual "Big Star Texas Night."
The "Big Star Texas Night" is being held this Saturday at the La Bahia Turn Verein Historic Dance Hall in Burton.
As a new feature this year, from 6-7pm, Hill Country Two Step will be offering two-step and country western dancing lessons. It is open to anyone that wants to learn or needs a refresher course.
Then from 7-8:30pm, they are going to serve a mouth-watering meal, and have both a live auction and a silent auction. During that time frame, there will also be music from Sean Orr and Texas Gold.
The evening concludes with a performance from the Rocky King Band from 9-11:30pm.
Tickets to the event are $40 for adults and $20 for kids 12 and under. The cost will go up to $50 at the door. They are also offering VIP Tables of 8 for a cost of $500.
