FOURTEEN PEOPLE PLED GUILTY IN DISTRICT COURT
Fourteen people pled guilty and were sentenced in District Court this week by Judge Reva Towslee Corbett.
Eric Montrae Smith, 38 of Copperas Cove, was sentenced to 4 years in prison for Money Laundering between $2,500 and $30,000 and Possession of Marijuana between 4 oz. and 5 lbs.
Onam Espinales, 36 of Washington, Texas, was sentenced to 3 years in prison for Assault of a Family Member by Impeding Breath or Circulation.
Reginald Hodgie McCoy, 44 of Brenham, was sentenced to 3 years in prison for 2 counts of Assault of a Family Member with a Previous Conviction.
Rogelio Villalobos, 26 of Houston, was sentenced to 3 years in prison for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle.
Richard Lee Ross, 24 of Austin, had his probation adjudicated and sentenced to 3 years in prison for Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon. He also had his probation adjudicated and was sentenced to 254 days in State Jail for Possession of Marijuana between 4 oz. and 5 lbs.
Samantha Rochelle Phoenix, 31 of Brenham, was sentenced to 12 months in State Jail for Fraud Use or Possession of Identifying Information and Theft of Property between $2500 and $30,000. She was also ordered to pay $8,300 in restitution.
Miguel Villarreal, 57 of Austin, was sentenced to 8 months in State Jail for 3 counts of Forgery between $2500 and$30,000. He was also ordered to pay a total of $6,332 in restitution.
Jim Anderson, 59 of Waller, was sentenced to 196 days in State Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Isabel Velasquez, 61 of Brenham, was sentenced to 6 years’ probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was also ordered to pay a $500 fine.
Davon Jason Cloud, 32 of Bellville, was sentenced to 8 years’ probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 200 hours of community service.
Erin Thompson, 40 of Houston, was sentenced to 6 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was also ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and perform 150 hours of community service.
Trumarlon Sweed, 21 of Washington, was sentenced to 3 years deferred adjudication probation for Theft of Property between $2500 and $30,000. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 200 hours of community service.
Cody Patrick Wolfe, 31 of Royse City, Texas, was sentenced to 3 years deferred adjudication probation for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine, perform 50 hours community service, and pay $5,900 in restitution.
William Parris Conley, 46 of Goodyear, Arizona, was sentenced to 14 days in the Washington County Jail for Theft of Property between $750 and $2500. He was also ordered to pay $6,700 in restitution.
