BRENHAM ATTORNEY ACHIEVES DUAL CERTIFICATION

Christopher Hardy

Moorman Tate, LLP, has announced that one of their partners has achieved a rare dual board certification.

Attorney Christopher S. Hardy has achieved dual board certification from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both Farm and Ranch Real Estate Law, as well as Residential Real Estate Law.

Attaining board certification is a demanding process that includes judicial and peer review, continuing legal education, a concentration of work experience in a relevant field of specialization, and a rigorous written exam.

Of the 110,000 licensed attorneys in the state of Texas, there are only 65 who are Board Certified in Farm and Ranch Real Estate Law.  There are only 229 attorneys who are board certified in Residential Real Estate Law.

Hardy is one of a select few to achieve both distinctions.

Hardy represents clients throughout Texas, and practices primarily in the areas of real estate, oil and gas, and general civil litigation.

He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Texas A&M in 2010, and his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in 2013.
